My car needed extensive repairs due a towbar accident and all the team at Wilmot Smash Repairs were fantastic. Reception staff were very friendly and well-informed, my car was fixed beautifully and they even lined me up with a mechanic to fix other repairs not covered by insurance! I feel very fortunate to have found a good team to look after me and my vehicle in the future. Highly recommend them and will be coming here again.

The entire Willmot family is incredibly professional to deal with. I got a small ding on the front of my new BMW, and I was incredibly emotional as I didn't know who had left the damage on my car and I didn't have the offending driver’s information other than a phone number and their name. Once I was speaking with Helena Willmot, she advised I could give the only bit of information to my insurance company, and they'd be able to track down the person who damaged my vehicle. I felt at ease after knowing this information and my car was booked for a few days after this and repaired within the day. My insurance also went after the other person, and I didn't have to pay any excess. Thank you again to everyone at Willmot who took care of me. I am still buzzing about the service I’d received from this company.
I had a minor car accident which resulted in the back of my car being damaged. I also had scratches and paint removed on the side of my door not resulting from the accident but another incident and the lovely staff decided to go ahead and repair the side of my door anyway which would have cost me $700 (I couldn’t afford at this time) and they did it completely free of charge ! My car looks brand new again.

Ash and Bella provided a personal and first-class service in repairing my vehicle. Prior to dropping the vehicle at the depot, someone from the office contacted me to let me know the process, what to expect and who to contact if I had any concerns.
They then kept me informed throughout the repair, and on collection, they took me through each part of the repair, the work that was completed and explained what the technician did as part of the repair.
While I hope I don’t have to undergo another repair, I would certainly use Wilmot again and highly recommend the company and their service - thank you
